FAQ
Is our pilgrim data safe?
Each agency's data is stored separately and can only be opened by accounts you invite, according to their role. Connections are always encrypted, and ID photos and documents are kept in private storage that opens only via temporary links. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can we use it on a phone?
Yes. Kloterin runs in phone and laptop browsers, and can be added to your phone's home screen like a regular app.
How do pilgrims pay?
Pilgrims transfer directly to your agency's bank account, as usual. Your team records the payment with a photo, then finance verifies it. Money never passes through Kloterin.
Our data is already in Excel. Do we have to retype it?
No. Departure schedules and packages can be imported straight from Excel. For large data sets, our team is happy to help.
How do we pay for a subscription?
Choose a plan and duration in the Subscription menu, then pay once by card. The plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed. There are no automatic recurring charges.
What if we stop subscribing?
Paid plans don't renew automatically. When the period ends, the account returns to the Free plan and your data stays safe. You can also export data to Excel at any time.
